My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and clean, but the first floor location facing an inside pool was not ideal for light. Staying on the top floor was a pleasant experience with my clean and spacious room that had its own television with a variety of kid-friendly cable choices and a dedicated AC unit. The front desk staff was amazing, making my stay very large and comfortable overall. However, navigating the location required some effort, especially with a nearby exit closing due to construction, but being right next door to the Water Zoo made it ideal for families visiting the area.
Arriving at the hotel after driving in a terrible storm, I found a clean and comfortable room with an excellent shower, which was a relief. The friendly staff was extremely helpful and even went above and beyond to mail me back my spare car keys. The location was convenient for visiting family in different towns, but some amenities were lacking. The outstanding dining experience offered a variety of breakfast options that exceeded my expectations.
